Q: Shipping
When will my order arrive?
A:
Since most orders are custom/personalized, they usually will ship within 1-2 working days, plus ground shipping transit time before arrival. Wedding favor orders should be placed at least one month in advance so that they will arrive about 2 weeks prior to the event date. We will notify you if a product is on back order.
We currently ship within the United States only and are not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For shipments that include perishable items (chocolate, tea, cocoa, etc.), we do require that they arrive at a destination where someone will be able to sign for the shipment and bring it indoors to preserve the quality of the product.
The following are the shipping services provided by UPS:
UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days) Delivery based on distance to destination
UPS Next Day Air (Next Business Day) Delivery typically by 10:30 a.m.
UPS Next Day Air Saver (Next Business Day) Delivery typically by 3:00 p.m.

What is our Return/Refund policy?
A:
ALL PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM-DESIGNED PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NONREFUNDABLE - this includes wedding invitations, personalized favor tags/labels, candy bar favors/wrappers, personalized beverage favors, etc.
For WEDDING INVITATION ORDERS, please look over your order carefully. Once you have submitted your order, you are giving Keep The Occasion Wrapped your permission to have your order processed and printed (with the information that you have provided). Keep The Occasion Wrapped WILL NOT accept returns on any invitation order or issue refunds for any order UNLESS a printing mistake was made on OUR end. If for some reason there is a printing mistake on our end, your order will be reprinted and reshipped at NO COST. Please contact us by e-mail: sales@keeptheoccasionwrapped.com within 2-3 business days from receipt of your order if you have a concern regarding your order.
FOR ORDERS THAT INCLUDE CANDY BAR FAVORS/WRAPPERS, we will only replace the candy bar wrappers or gift tags if misprints occur due to OUR error only. If an error does occur, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order so that we may make corrections and the order can be returned promptly at no cost to you. All special orders and perishable products including favors with candy, tea, cocoa, candles, etc. and personalized items (assembled favors) that are made to order can not be exchanged or refunded. To cancel an order, please contact us by email: sales@keeptheoccasionwrapped.com within 24 hours.
Returning an item
FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS (NOT DESCRIBED ABOVE), if you are not satisfied with the product once you have received it, please email or phone us to request a return authorization within 15 days and return the item for a refund, replacement or exchange less shipping charges. All personalized and custom designed products are non-returnable or refundable.
We will accept returned merchandise as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Due to volume pricing, we cannot accept partial returns on favors (ex: if you ordered 60 at the highest volume price, we cannot accept a return for 20 of them). No refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days of receipt of goods. Sorry no exceptions. A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used for the value of the merchandise less original shipping charges. For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked and delivery can be confirmed. Please be sure to have the items insured against damage. Refunds can not be issued for items that arrive to us damaged or that are lost in transit during the return. For this reason, we recommend you insure the package(s) so you will be able to file a claim with the shipping company to be reimbursed for the value.
